Who am I?

 

My name is Alan Sharkey.

I have designed and written the web sites for GMN Scouts, Pennine Scouts. PRaW Scouts and Giant's Seat Campsite.

My background is IT - all sorts from programming to data centre design and migration.

I enjoy motorcycles, golf, squash and science fiction.

I live on the outskirts of Rochdale with my wife Norma.

I am heavily involved in Scouting as a District Commissioner, Group Scout Leader, Cub Leader and trainer. Of course, I also manage the IT for the County.
